Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any item that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Shipping And Handling
Most orders will ship within 48 hours. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and applied to your order during your checkout process. Shipping calculations are for the US Contiguous States only. Orders outside of this area should call for special pricing. Shipping on orders over $3,500.00 is free* (Emergency and Exit Lighting fixtures ONLY), Fluorescent Fixture orders over $3,500.00 will be shipped free (Fluorescent fixtures must total $3,000.00). We will make special arrangements for orders outside of the United States, please call for details.
Please note that for HID Lights the shipping charges on our website apply only to UPS shipments. If your items are shipped by carrier (due to the weight of the products), there might be an additional shipping charge that will be applied to your total bill.
Due to high shipping costs we will only ship in the contiguous U.S. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska or outside of the U.S. you must us your own shipping method which you are soley resposnsible for arranging and paying. You may use your UPS account number for any shipment, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can make the nescessary arrangements.
Sales Tax
Lites and Lamps is a Maryland based company, 6% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Maryland. All orders outside Maryland will be shipped with no sales tax added.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted and are processed through PayPal. They are only decrypted after they reach our server. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
You may return standard products for credit (less shipping charges, restocking charge may apply) within 15 days after receipt. The item(s) must be IN NEW CONDITION, UNINSTALLED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Custom made products are non-returnable. To return your items YOU MUST CALL 443-602-5825 between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday through Friday) for return authorization.
